GPS Nav from Bell is a turn-by-turn navigation system that operates with your Bell wireless mobile phone or PDA. Input an address via the keypad, or speak an address aloud, and the service delivers straightforward audio-visual driving directions, all on the Bell high speed mobile network. Whether you prefer to view the detailed 2D and 3D moving maps, or listen to the directions from the friendly automated voice, GPS Nav is sure to improve your driving experience. Its real-time directions are typically accurate to less than 50 meters. 

With GPS Nav from Bell, you can:

  • Initiate driving directions directly from your BlackBerry address book
  • Bookmark your favourite destinations
  • Search and find points of interest
  • Automatically re-calculate your route if a turn is missed
  • Extensive coverage across Canada including British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic regions as well as U.S. roaming

New enhancements for Toronto and Montreal.
GPS Nav has been enhanced to now offer traffic commute data for mobile phones and PDAs within the Toronto and Montreal areas! With traffic commute you can:

  • See the speed of traffic on 2D maps based on colour so you know how congested it is (Red=slow, Yellow=moderate, Green=fast)
  • While driving receive alerts for traffic incidents and obtain an automatic re-route to get you around the problem to save time (Toronto only)

  • Monthly subscription - $8/month plus data usage
Important: It is highly recommended to add Unlimited Mobile Browser to your account as GPS Nav is a data-intensive application.
